Loeva Ennis, 75, of Winamac, IN, passed away on Monday, May 9, 2016. She was born on October 30, 1940 in Jasonville, IN, the daughter of James Bell and Millie (Soliday) Bell. Loeva married Paul Joseph Ennis in Ireland in 2006. Mrs. Ennis was a K-12 Art Teacher for over 25 years. She was also an Adjunct Professor of Art at Junior College. She enjoyed painting, sculpting, and traveling. Surviving Mrs. Ennis is her husband, Joe Ennis of Winamac, IN; mother, Millie Bell of Watseka; two sons and daughter-in-law, Robert Owens of Wichita, Kansas, and John and Anita Owens of Watseka; and five grandchildren. She is also preceded in death by her father, James Bell. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 18, 2016 from 4-8pm, at Baier Funeral Home. Elizabeth Frances Goldsberry, 70, of Watseka, IL, passed away on Saturday, May 7, 2016. She was born on December 27, 1945 in Chicago, IL, the daughter of Charles McCuen and Elizabeth (Sinks) McCuen. Elizabeth married Dennis (Joe) Goldsberry on March 22, 1991 in Watseka. Mrs. Goldsberry was a Home Maker. She enjoyed reading and cooking. Surviving Mrs. Goldsberry is her husband, Dennis Goldsberry of Watseka; three sons and daughter-in-law, Earl Norris Jr. of Watseka, Paul Norris of Trenton, N.J., and Dale and Bonda Norris of Watseka; three daughters and son-in-law’s, Bobbi Jo and Brian Basham of Union Hill, IL, Jennifer and Eric Stevens of Hoopeston, and Kathy and Bruce Hartman of Ashkum; two step-brothers, Ernie and Becky Norris of Morocco, IN and Eddie Norris of Indiana; two step-sisters,Elaine and Bill Daughtery of Watseka, and Liz Walker of Watseka; eighteen grandchildren, several great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. She is also preceded in death by both her parents; one brother; two sisters; one daughter; and one granddaughter. Betty Conrad, 82, of Watseka, Illinois passed away on Tuesday, April 26, 2016. She was born on August 26, 1933 in Watseka, Illinois, the daughter of William Thomas and Hannah (Duits) Thomas. Mrs. Conrad was a cook for Hungry House which use to be located in Watseka. She enjoyed reading, puzzles, tv, and writing. Surviving Mrs. Conrad are five sons, Ronald Conrad of Watseka, Roger Conrad of Watseka, James (Donna Stuckey) Conrad of Watseka, Kevin and Nancy Conrad, and Steve Conrad of Watseka; one sister, Irma Schiewe of Crescent City; one sister-in-law, Mary Thomas of Watseka; three grandchildren, Stacey Tucker, Michael Miller, and Matthew Miller; many nieces and nephews. She is also preceded in death by both parents; eleven siblings; one son, Bobby; and one brother, Danny Thomas. Graveside Services will be held on Friday, May 6, 2016 at 12:00 pm (Noon), at St. Peter’s Lutheran Cemetery in Crescent City, IL. Pastor Joel Brown will officiate. Earl J. Blair, 47, of Watseka, IL, passed away on Monday, April 25, 2016. He was born on March 21, 1969 in Watseka, the son of Marvin Blair and Dorothy (Peters) Blair. Mr. Blair married Crystal Smith in Watseka on February 27, 2003. Earl was a Productions Manager for Silva International located in Momence. He enjoyed visiting historical sites, random road trips, sports, wellness, animals, gaming and bike riding. Most of all he was a family man. Surviving Mr. Blair is his wife, Crystal Blair of Watseka; one son, Austin Blair of Watseka; one daughter, Megan Blair of Sterling, CO; father and step-Mother, Marvin and Donna Blair of Watseka; two brothers and sister-in-law, Allen Blair of Watseka, David and Theresa Kellems of Watseka; one sister and brother-in-law, Tracy and Andy Stewart of Savannah, GA; and niece and nephews, Gabriel and Brendan Kellems, Marc and Jonathan Stewart, and Kristina Howe. He is also preceded in death by maternal and paternal grandparents; mother, Dorothy Blair; and mother-in-law, Mary Smith. Roger H. Niebuhr, 83, of Crescent City passed away on Friday, April 22, 2016 in Watseka. Mr. Niebuhr was born on June 23, 1932, son of Harry and Mabel (Munsterman) Niebuhr in Arlington Heights, IL. He graduated from Cissna Park High School in 1950. He served in the United States Army from 1954-1956. He married Velma on June 21, 1953 at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Woodworth. She preceded him in death on April 15, 2010. He is survived by one son and daughter in-law; Allen (Joy) Niebuhr of Crescent City, two grandsons; Brent (Jody) Niebuhr of Crescent City and Brock (Wendy) Niebuhr of Paxton, 4 great-grandchildren; Evie, Ainsley, Emry and Layton Niebuhr; two sisters Ardith (Roland) Heuton of Watseka and Arleen (Gordon) Bohlmann of Fishersville, VA.; a very special friend, Mary Ellen Redeker, of Cissna Park; one niece; Rachel Bohlmann of South Bend, IN, one nephew; Rev. Tim Bohlmann (Sue) of VA and several cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents, and a nephew, Bruce Heuton. Mr. Niebuhr was a lifelong farmer. He operated the family dairy farm with his son and grandsons until his retirement in 1994. He enjoyed travelling to Arizona, playing cards, coffee with his friends at McDonalds, watching his grandsons play baseball and spending time with his family. Funeral service will be at 3:00 pm on Sunday, April 24, 2016, at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church in Crescent City with Rev. Joel Brown officiating. Visitation will be Sunday, April 24, 2016 from 1:30 pm until 3:00 pm, at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church. Burial will be at St. Peter’s Lutheran Cemetery. Anthony “Tony” Tuminello III, 49, of Watseka, passed away on Wednesday, April 20, 2016. He was born on February 10, 1967 in Chicago, IL, the son of Anthony Tuminello II and Mary (Sansone) Tuminello. He enjoyed spending time with his family, dog “Milo”, and being outside Surviving Mr. Tuminello are his parents, Mary Tuminello of Watseka, Anthony and Martha Tuminello II of Rio Rancho, New Mexico; one brother and sister-in-law, Frank and Rhonda Tuminello of Plainfield, IL; two nieces, Francesca and Angelina Tuminello; two aunts; and four uncles. Gerald “Jerry” Fordyce, 76, Beaverville, IL, passed away on Friday, April 15, 2016. He was born on August 24, 1939 in Watseka, IL, the son of Norman Fordyce and Hazel (Chase) Fordyce. Gerald married Theresa Floriant on November 10, 1962 in St. Anne, IL. She has since passed. Mr. Fordyce served in the ARMY for six years. He was a Member of the Aroma Park Legion and the Fisher VFW #52. He was most recently employed at Wal-Mart for 5 years. Gerald enjoyed old classic country music and cruising in the country. Surviving Mr. Fordyce are three sons and daughter-in-law,Charles Fordyce of Alabama, Scott and Tracy Fordyce of Mansfield, IL, and Stuart Anthony “Tony” Fordyce of Florida; one daughter and son-in-law, Ann and Tom Andes of Florida; twelve grandchildren; two brothers and sister-in-law’s, Joe and Marjorie Fordyce of Watseka, and Michael “Mick” and Sue Fordyce of Pontiac, IL, several nieces and nephews. Terrance Alma Sullivan, 79, of Watseka, Illinois, passed away on Saturday, April 9, 2016. He was born July 8, 1936 in Goshen, Utah, the son of Sheldon and Madelynn (Elton) Sullivan. Terrance married Maria Elena Garcia in Sanlucar, Spain on June 21, 1959. Mr. Sullivan served in NAVY for 25 years as a Sea Bee Construction. He was a car salesman after retiring from the NAVY, and a member of the Watseka VFW. He enjoyed spending time with the grandkids. Surviving Mr. Sullivan is his wife, Maria Elena Sullivan of Watseka; two sons and daughter-in-law, Greg and Gema Sullivan of Alexandria, Virginia, and Daniel Sullivan of Watseka; one daughter and son-in-law, Elena and Kevin (Keath) Sullivan of Arizona; two sisters and brother-in-law’s, Joy and Bob Hunter of Mirage, Arizona, and Linda and Judson Kidwell of Seattle, Washington; two grandchildren, Stephanie Sullivan and Cecilia Sullivan; two great-grandchildren, Hayden and Bayne; many nieces and nephews. Darlene Mohler, 78, of Watseka, IL, passed away on Monday, April 4, 2016 at her home surrounded by family. She was born on September 24, 1937 in Watseka, the daughter of George Stone and Katherine (Matson) Stone. Darlene married Robert Mohler on October 7, 1956. He passed June 12, 1999. Mrs. Mohler was a cook for the day care at the First Christian Church in Watseka. She enjoyed watching tv shows. Surviving Mrs. Mohler is one son and daughter-in-law, Steve and Loretta Mohler of Watseka; two brothers and sister-in-law, Carl Stone of Sheldon, and Charles and Allene Stone of Fulton, TN; five grandchildren, Jared and Sara Mohler, Justin and Amanda Mohler, Kristin and Gary Miller, Travis and Jodi Hagan, and Jake and Jennifer Hagan; nine great-grandchildren, Henry and Sophia Mohler, Kelsey Miller, and Emma, Peyton, Chace, Klara, and Kamryn Hagan; and many nieces and nephews. She is also preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert Mohler; one son, Scott Mohler; and one great-grandson, Cole Hagan. Shirley Roach, 88, of Martinton, IL, passed away on Saturday, March 26, 2016. She was born on June 3, 1927 in Pocahontas, Iowa, the daughter of William Kerker and Louise (Waechter) Kerker. Shirley married Charles Roach on December 1, 1951 in Peoria, at St. Bernard’s Church. Shirley was a member of the Central Illinois Green Club, showing antique tractors. She volunteered for the Iroquois County Red Cross, and was a member of the St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Beaverville. Mrs. Roach was a Register Nurse for over fifty years. She enjoyed doing any outside work having to do with her yard and garden. Surviving Mrs. Roach is one son and daughter-in-law, Dale and Carla Roach of Rochelle, IL; one daughter, Ann Roach of Martinton; one sister, Betty Powers of Peoria, IL; one sister-in-law, Pat Kerker of Peoria, IL; four grandchildren, Clay, Patrick, Michael, and Richard; four great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She is also preceded in death by both parents; husband, Charles; one daughter, Kathy; and two brothers, Stanley and Bill. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 30, 2016 from 4-8pm, at Baier Funeral Home in Watseka. Funeral Mass will be held Thursday, March 31, 2016 at 10:00 am, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Beaverville, IL. Father Daniel Belanger will officiate.
